We typically get back to people within a day or two, though it can take a little longer if we're catching up on a backlog.

• This site runs independently and isn't officially affiliated with any university. We can't answer questions specific to campus policies or academic matters.
• We don't keep records of anyone's test results. If you're asking us to look up a past score, we genuinely won't have it, everything here is anonymous by design and nothing gets saved on our end.
• If your message is about something legal or related to content usage, mention that clearly in your subject line so we can prioritize it properly.
